I got this book for a class at school. It's great for telling you how to do things correctly in the office. Even if you have worked in the field for years, you will love this book. If you are new to the secretarial field, you will surely love this book. It's thorough and was very good as a textbook.

Good book and GREAT value!!

Good book. I bought this book because I am taking a course in Medical Administrative and this book was required for that course. Very well laid out and good topics to help in the Administrative side of business. Also, GREAT value on the price. My college bookstore wanted twice the amount you were selling it for, so I was able to save some financial aid money for other courses. Will recommend the Amazon Textbook store for buying college books at a GREAT value!
